摘要
为了从理论角度分析钢/陶瓷/钢复合板抵御爆炸破片的侵彻能力,将钢/陶瓷/钢复合靶板简化为由单层的薄板(钢面板)与陶瓷/钢复合靶板组合而成,建立了破片侵彻复合板过程的理论分析模型。结合Florence模型推导了弹体穿透钢/陶瓷/钢复合靶板的剩余速度公式。采用非线性动力学计算程序AUTO-DYN模拟了圆柱形破片对钢/陶瓷/钢复合靶板的侵彻过程,模拟结果与理论计算结果吻合较好,推导得到的理论公式具有一定的工程实用性。
Ceramic Composite Armor exhibits excellent anti-bullet property.To analyze the anti-bullet property of the steel/ceramic/steel compound target theoretically,the steel/ceramic/steel composite target plate was regarded as composed of single steel plate and ceramic/steel composite plate,and the theoretical model was established to analyze the process in which the fragment penetrates the composite plate.Combining the Florence's model,the residual velocity of the fragment after penetrating the steel/ceramic/steel composite target was derived.The process of the cylindrical fragment penetrating the steel/ceramic/steel composite was simulated by the dynamic code AUTODYN.The results show that the agreement between the predictions and theoretical results is quite satisfactory.The theoretical formula offers certain engineering application.
