摘要
目的探究在重症颅脑损伤患者行早期人性照护对功能恢复影响。方法选取我院2009年7月-2011年7月重症颅脑损伤住院患者200例临床资料比较，治疗组入院第1天予康复指导及按人性照护理论行人性化护理，常规组待病情稳定后2～3周行康复治疗及常规入院护理。结果治疗组对比常规组在Barthel指数法评分中高出（14．2±4．8）分，Fugl—Meyer评分高（18．0±2．51分。两组行统计计算，P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论早期人性照护理论能加强患者术后症状缓解及肢体功能恢复。
Objective To study the effect of early theory of human nature care in limb function recovery of patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods The clinical data of 200 cases of severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital from 2009 March to 2011 March were compared. Results The Barthel index seore of the treatment group was （14.2 ± 4.8） higher than that of conventional group, and the Fugl-Meyer score （18 ± 2.5） higher. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups, P 〈 0.05. Conclusions Early humanistic nursing theory can strengthen symptom relief and recovery of limb function for postoperative patients.
