血清瘦素、脂联素和C反应蛋白与妊娠期糖耐量异常程度的相关性 被引量:6

Correlation between serum leptin,adiponectin,C-reactive protein and degree of gestational impaired glucose tolerance

摘要 目的:探讨血清瘦素、脂联素和C反应蛋白与妊娠期糖耐量异常的相关性。方法:选取2010年2~6月90例孕妇为研究对象,将其分为妊娠期糖尿病组30例、糖耐量异常组30例和正常孕妇组30例,将3组孕妇的血清瘦素、脂联素和C反应蛋白水平及孕妇、新生儿不良情况发生率进行比较。结果:妊娠期糖尿病组与糖耐量异常组血清瘦素、C反应蛋白水平、孕妇及新生儿的不良情况发生率均高于正常组,而脂联素水平低于正常组;而妊娠期糖尿病组与糖耐量异常组在这些评估项目也存在一定的差异(P<0.05)。结论:血清瘦素、脂联素和C反应蛋白水平与妊娠期糖耐量异常程度有较大的相关性,可引起孕产妇及新生儿的不良情况发生。 Objective:To explore the correlation between serum leptin,adiponectin,C-reactive protein and degree of gestational impaired glucose tolerance.Methods:Ninety pregnant women were selected from February to June in 2010,then they were divided into gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) group,gestational impaired glucose tolerance group,and normal pregnant women group,30 cases in each group.The serum levels of leptin,adiponectin,and C-reactive protein,adverse reactions of pregnant women and neonates in the three groups were compared.Results:The serum levels of leptin and C-reactive protein,the incidences of adverse reactions of pregnant women and neonates in GDM group and gestational impaired glucose tolerance group were higher than those in normal pregnant women group,but the serum levels of adiponectin in GDM group and gestational impaired glucose tolerance group were lower than that in normal pregnant women group;there was significant difference in the indexes above-mentioned between GDM group and gestational impaired glucose tolerance group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:There was high correlation between serum leptin,adiponectin,C-reactive protein levels and degree of gestational impaired glucose tolerance,which can induce the occurrence of adverse reactions of pregnant women and neonates.
