摘要
目的探讨盆底生物刺激反馈治疗对女性压力性尿失禁的治疗效果。方法对30例女性轻、中度压力性尿失禁患者进行盆底生物刺激反馈治疗4~8周,通过对治疗前后患者盆底肌肉2秒快速收缩表面肌电(surface electromyographysEMG)最大值、盆底肌肉持续10秒收缩sEMG平均值、盆底肌肉60秒耐受收缩sEMG平均值及每日平均漏尿次数等客观指标进行配对t检验来评价治疗效果。结果患者治疗后盆底肌肉2秒快速收缩sEMG最大值、盆底肌肉持续10秒收缩sEMG平均值、盆底肌肉60秒耐受收缩sEMG平均值等较治疗前有明显增高、平均每日漏尿次数较治疗前明显减少,比较有差异显著性(P<0.05)。结论盆底生物刺激反馈治疗有助于女性轻、中度压力性尿失禁治疗。
Objective To evaluate the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation in female stress urinary incontinence(SUI) treating.Methods Thirty cases suffered from female SUI received biofeedback of electrical stimulation for four to eight weeks,the peak value of surface electromyography(sEMG) in pelvic floor muscular 2-second-rapid-contraction,mean value of pelvic floor muscular 10-second-contraction,mean value of the pelvic floor muscular 60-second-tolerance-contraction,and also the rate of urine leaks were observed before and after treatment.Results The rate of urine leaks decreased obviously after treatment,the peak value of surface electromyography(sEMG) in pelvic floor muscular 2-second-rapid-contraction,mean value of pelvic floor muscular 10-second-contraction,mean value of the pelvic floor muscular 60-second-tolerance-contraction increased remarkable(P0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation to pelvic floor muscles is helpful for female stress urinary incontinence.
