项目文件资源是重要的国家知识资产,需从多元视角构建管理体系,其管理体系框架模型包括组织管理、资源管理、服务管理、支撑环境四个维度,涉及组织模式、流程优化、资源整合、服务模式、政策法规等要素。
Project record resources are important national knowledge asset.We construct a management system from multiple perspectives.It has four dimensions： organization management,resource management,service management,and supporting environment,dealing with organization mode,progress optimization,resource integration,service mode,and regulations,etc.
