摘要 高血压是危害我国人民健康最常见的心血管疾病之一,血压相关性疾病每年引起大约8百万人死亡。左心室肥厚(left ventricular hypertrophy,LVH)是高血压的主要直接并发症,被公认为心力衰竭的前期病变。越来越多的研究证明高血压LVH是诱发冠心病、心力衰竭、脑卒中等心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素。因此,逆转左室肥厚对心血管疾病的预后有着十分重要的意义。该文就近年来神经内分泌因素对LVH的影响的研究进展做了一简要综述。 Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases which is harmful to people＇s health.Blood pressure-related diseases cause about 8 million people to die every year.Left ventricular hypertrophy（LVH） is a major direct complication of hypertension,recognized as precancerous lesions of heart failure.More and more studies have shown that hypertensive LVH becomes an independent risk factor of coronary heart disease,heart failure,stroke and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.Therefore,the reversal of LVH has an important prognostic significance.In this paper,the impacts of these factors on LVH were reviewed.
