摘要
目的:了解护士在医院接受化疗职业防护的培训情况,为医院制定培训内容提供理论依据。方法:自行设计调查问卷,对乌鲁木齐市三所三甲综合医院的肿瘤科110名护士和一所肿瘤专科医院抽取的110名护士进行化疗职业防护培训情况的调查。结果:综合医院岗前培训时间为(0.39±0.12)h,专科医院为(0.50±0.13)h。护士对防护知识学习的来源只有15.91%来自岗前培训,18.18%来自在岗培训。96.82%的护士认为医院应该定期举行化疗职业防护知识的培训。结论:护士化疗职业防护培训严重缺乏,不能满足护士对培训的需求,医院应引起重视,采取多种形式增加培训的次数和内容,使护士能够按照防护标准做好化疗职业防护,减少化疗药物对护士健康的影响。
Objective：To understand the nurses in the hospital undergoing chemotherapy occupation protection training,for hospitals to develop training and provide a theoretical basis.Methods：Self-designed questionnaire,three of Urumqi tertiary general hospital oncology 110 nurses,and a tumor hospital from 110 nurses in chemotherapy occupation protection training survey.Results：Comprehensive hospital pre-job training time of（0.39±0.12）h,（0.50±0.13）h specialist hospital.Nurses on protection knowledge sources only 15.91% from the pre-job training on-the-job training,from 18.18%,96.82% of the nurses thought that hospitals should hold regular chemotherapy occupation protection knowledge training.Conclusion：Nurses chemotherapy occupation protection training is too little,cannot satisfy the demand for training of nurses,the hospital should be caused take seriously,adopt a variety of forms to increase the training frequency and content,so that nurses can according to protective standards do a good job in chemotherapy occupation protection,reduction of chemotherapy drugs on nurses health effects.
