摘要
目的促进静脉用药调配中心(Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service,PIVAS)的建设与发展,保障临床合理用药。方法总结本院PIVAS工作模式的建设与实践,分析、探讨今后的发展预想。结果与结论建立与完善优质的PIVAS工作模式,对于保障按质按量完成工作,保障临床用药安全合理,具有十分重要的意义。
Objective To enhance the development of PIVAS, so as to ensure the clinical rational drug usage. Methods Based on PIVAS at our hospital operating mode, some good ideas can be analysed and addressed. Results and Conclusion It is important for PIVAS to establish good operating mode and it can contribute to finish work and ensure clinical rational use of drugs.
