摘要
采用乙醇稀释后的乙二胺与较高浓度硝酸合成乙二胺二硝酸盐,考察了反应物初始浓度、稀释剂、加料顺序及搅拌对提高合成工艺的安全性及产物得率的影响。结果表明,用初始浓度22.55%乙二胺和65%～68%硝酸反应,可以使EDD产率达到84.46%,且具有很好的安全性。
Ethylenediamine dinitrate was synthesized by ethanol-diluted ethylenediamine and higher concentration nitric acid.The effect of initial reactant concentration,diluent,feeding order and stirring on reaction safety and product yield was studied,it was concluded that when original concentration of ethylenediamine was 22.55%,and 65%～68% nitric acid were applied to reaction,the yield of EDD could reach 84.46% and show a nice safety.
