摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway CNP)在妇科手术患者中的作用。方法:将100例妇科手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例,其中实验组采取临床护理路径,对照组采用传统的方法进行健康教育。分别观察健康教育达标率,患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:得分>85分患者为健康达标,实验组患者显著高于对照组P<0.05(χ2=5.569);满意度显著提高(P<0.01,χ2=17.330);结论:实施CNP,患者满意度提高,健康教育知识知晓率上升,明显提高了护理质量。
Objective:To investigate the application of clinical nursing path(clinical nursing pathway CNP) in patients subjected to gynecological operation.Methods:100 cases of gynecologic operation were randomly divided into experimenx2tal group and control group with 50 cases in each group.the experiment group adopted clinical nursing pathway,while the control group used the traditional method of health education.The rate of reaching the health education standards,and patients satisfaction degree to the nursing work were observed.Results:patients reaching the health education standard(the score>85 points) in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group P< 0.05,(x22=5.569);satisfaction degree significantly improved P<0.01(x22=17.330).Conclusion:With CNP,the satisfaction and the health education knowledge of patients rise,so significantly improve the quality of nursing.
