基于双主体视角的组织内信任修复模型构建 被引量:8

摘要 组织内的信任关系对于组织和个体的发展均有着积极的意义。在现实环境中组织内的信任违背普遍发生,影响了组织和个人的关系发展。因此如何修复业已被破坏的信任关系,成为当前信任研究发展的新趋势。研究表明,信任方和被信任方在信任修复过程中均可以发挥主动作用,都可以推动信任的积极修复和发展。而信任修复的基础是信任方对于信任违背的反应,包括认知和情感两个方面的反应。被信任方的信任修复方式有言语反应和真实行动反应。针对信任方反应来选择修复方式是提高信任修复有效性的重要原则。
