摘要
基于定子铁心饱和原理,提出了一种无位置传感器控制下无刷直流电机转子初始位置复合定位方法,该方法先利用两两导通和三三导通共十二个电压矢量进行转子初始位置30°区间检测,再施加特定的电压矢量对转子进行精确定位,从而得到准确的转子初始位置。然后再利用升压升频软件实现方法起动电机,并在适时切换到无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制正常运行方式。实验结果证实了所提出的理论的正确性。
Based on principle of stator core saturation, a new compound positioning method for sensorless brushless DC motor(BLDCM) was proposed. This method employed 12 voltage vectors injecting the stator sides to detect the 30°range of rotor initial position. And then the rotor position was accurately located in the next commutation position through the injection of particular voltage vector. On this basis, motor starting could be completed through the principle of raising voltage raising frequency. Once the zero-crossing of back EMF was detected, operating mode could be switched to sensorless control mode. The experimental results prove the proposed theory is correct and feasible.
