摘要
职业院校要培养高素质的技能人才,校企文化的对接与融合是必然选择。本文通过对新疆机电职业技术学院校企文化对接途径的研究,论述了学院在校企文化对接与融合的研究过程中,注重整体规划和对接角度的把握,采取以校企精神文化对接为重点、以校企制度文化和行为文化对接为抓手、以校企物质文化对接为基础、以校企课程文化对接为亮点、以校企文化活动对接为平台等多种方法,积极探索新形势下职业院校校企文化融合对接的有效途径,并将取得的理论成果运用到实践中,促进了学院校园文化建设的发展,从而形成了富有职业院校特色的校园文化,起到了一定的辐射带动作用。
In order to cultivate high-quality technical talents in vocational institute, the cultural docking and ferment between school and enterprise is a necessary option. This article talks about the research of the approaches of the cultural docking between school and enterprise in Xinjiang Mechanic-Electrical Vocational and Technical Institute. We must attach more importance to the wasp of overall planning and docking angles, taking the spiritual cultural docking as the focus, the cultural docking of the systems and behavior as the handle, the cultural docking of the material as the basis, the cultural docking of the subjects as the highlight, and the activity-docking as the platform and so on. To actively explore the effective approaches of the cultural docking between school and enterprise in vocational institute, and to put the theoretical results into practice, which promotes the development of the construction of campus culture.
