摘要
利用毛细管电泳与电化学联用体系检测含乳饮料中游离甘氨酸,以自制的石墨圆盘电极为工作电极,考察了缓冲液体系,pH及其他影响因素,得到最低检测限(S/N=3)为7.9×10-7 mol.L-1,最终得到同一指定样品中游离甘氨酸的浓度分别为3.0 mg.L-1,且得到乳饮料中游离甘氨酸的加标回收率分别为83%~109%。
A method for glycine detection by capillary electrophoresis coupled with electrochemical with a home - made carbon disk electrode as working electrode was described. The running buffer, pH, concentration of buffer, and the other conditions were studied in the detection system. Under the optimum conditions of detection, the limits of detection (S/N =3) of glycine were 7.9 × 10^-7 mol · L^-1 for the electrochemical way. As a result, concentrations of dissociative glycine was 3.0 mg · L^-l for the same sample. The recoveries of the method was 83% ^-109%.
