摘要
生命周期评价方法贯穿了评价对象的整个生命周期,是一个从"摇篮到坟墓"的全过程评价。该方法在工业、农业、建筑业和环境保护等方面均得到有效利用。本文从节能评估发展要求和趋势出发,将生命周期评价引入铁路节能评估领域,并结合国内外生命周期评价方法的研究和应用现状,尝试建立基于生命周期成本的铁路节能技术生命周期评价技术框架,旨在为铁路节能评估和管理提供理论和方法依据。
Life cycle assessment(LCA) is implemented for the whole production procedure;this method is utilized in industry,agriculture,architecture,environmental protection etc.This paper is based on requirements and trends of energy conservation assessment,and integrating with the implementation of LCA in developed countries.The issue also attempts to provide a LCA method combining with LCC,which can provide reference for the energy conservation assessment and management in railway development and construction projects.
