摘要 给出了一种基于C8051F020单片机实现密闭环境温度自动控制的系统方案。将半导体制冷模块置于一个密闭环境,通过C8051F020单片机实现对半导体制冷片的制冷、制热和不同功率运行的控制,采用独立按键完成温控数据的输入,分别利用DS18B20采集密闭环境温度和实际环境温度,并通过TS1602LCD完成基本的状态数据和控制实时显示;通过PID算法编程实现密闭环境温度恒温控制。实验结果表明,在按键输入设定温度后,系统能够成功实现密闭环境温度的恒温控制,温度控制精度为±0.2℃。 The paper designs a closed environmental temperature auto-control system based on C8051F020 MCU.The semiconductor cooling system is placed in a closed environment.The C8051F020 MCU is used to control refrigeration,heating and different power operation of semiconductor chilling plate.Buttons is used to input temperature data.Collection of closed environmental temperature data and outside environmental temperature is realized by DS18B20.Basic state data display and control is completed by TS1602 LCD.Auto-control environmental temperature is realized by PID algorithm.The experimental results show that when environmental temperature is set,the system can achieve auto-control of environmental temperature and temperature control precision is ±0.2 ℃.
