摘要
在我国向市场经济体制转轨的过程中发生的许多产业过度竞争问题 ,主要是制度性原因造成的。对此 ,文章从产业规制松动、财税体制、预算软约束、投资主体多元化、技术创新、产业的结构性冲击以及企业退出障碍等七个方面对我国的产业过度竞争问题进行了制度分析 。
Within the course of our econopmy's transformation into market economy,exordinate competition of many industries is mainly caused by systematic factors As to this issue,the author analyses systematicaly on the exordinate competition of our industry from industry regulations,system of finance and taxes,soft limit of budget,pwrality of investor,inovation of technology,systematic impact of industry ard obstacle of enterprise's retreating from the market The purpose is to find out the incentives causing exordinate coompetition and work out the relevant measures to curb them.
