摘要
目的:分析广西乡村两级卫生人力资源数据,发现问题,并提出建议。方法:结合《2010年广西统计年鉴》和《2010年中国卫生统计年鉴》中的相关数据,利用SPSS软件进行分析。结果:广西农村卫生人员严重匮乏,乡村医生和卫生员逐年减少,但乡镇卫生院医护比逐年增加。结论:广西需要采取积极措施,吸引、留住农村地区的卫生人员。
Objective： To analyze health human resources situation in the town and countryside of Guangxi,to find the problems,and to put forward some suggestions.Methods： Based on the related data on 2010 Guangxi Statistical Yearbook and 2010 China Health Statistical Yearbook,and using SPSS software for analysis.Results： Health personnel in Guangxi rural areas are in lackness,in which rural doctors reduced year by year,but the ratio for doctor and nurse increased year by year.Conclusion： Guangxi need to take active measures to attract and retain health personnel in rural areas.
