摘要
我国矿业人才培养不足,使得矿业企业的继续教育和自我更新显得格外重要。在内部自我更新中,作为新型学习方式的E-Learning具有非常重要的推广意义。文章在分析了这种现代学习理念与技术的优势基础上,提出了开创矿业E-Learning时代的倡议,并就需要解决的几个问题进行了深刻的探讨,以期创造条件,开创矿业培训的新纪元。
Mining industry in China is facing shortage of capable workforce,so that continuing education and refreshing updated knowledge is very important for mining companies.E-learning is a new way of self-studying,and promoting E-learning is very meaningful.The article brings out and advocates the beginning of mining E-learning in demonstrating the advantages of present learning theories and technique,and brings forward the pending discussion.
