摘要
治理作为流行词汇的背后是治理被滥用的现实,因此厘清人们在什么意义上理解或使用治理意义重大。在政治社会学的视野中,通过对治理的核心问题"规则之序何以可能"等的考察发现,作为管治的治理、没有政府的治理与走向合作的治理是研究者理解并使用治理的三种基本图式,而走向合作的治理是"治理"概念和理论的"最终"归宿。
The word of governance is abused although it is popular, so it is significant to clarify in what sense that people under- stand or use it. In the view of political sociology, through investigating the core issue of governance, experts employ the word of gover- nance in terms of three meanings. And the cooperation-oriented governance is the ultimate currency about the concept and theory of governance.
