摘要
分析在无约束条件下的单次博弈模型,进而分析在契约条件下的单次博弈与重复博弈模型;通过研究认为组织如果建立起长期有效的激励和约束机制,把这一机制通过契约的形式让成员签署并遵守,就能保证成员共享知识,提升组织的知识管理水平。
This article firstly analyzes the single game model under the unconstrained conditions,and then analyzes the single game model and the repeated game model under the contract conditions.Research shows that if the organization establishes the long-term and effective incentive and restrained mechanism,and lets the members sign and abide by the mechanism in the form of contract,their sharing of knowledge will be guaranteed and the knowledge management level of the organization will be improved.
