摘要
研究了基于感应电动机的洗衣机自动称重算法,分析了洗衣机的称重原理,并根据称重原理提出了一种根据变频电机(变频器)输出电压估算洗衣机转动惯量的算法。该算法具有实现简单、不需要检测电压和电流的优点,实验结果验证了该算法的有效性。
The load sense algorithm of washing machine with introduction motor was researched. The load sense princi- ple of the washing machine was analyzed, and a new estimative method was introduced according to the inverter output volt- age. The algorithm was easy to realize and the detections of voltage and current were no longer needed. The experiment re- suits verified the validity of this new method.
