摘要
花粉贮存在植物育种方面具有重要意义 .将干燥成不同含水量的银杏花粉在不同温度下贮存 ,取出后观察其萌发率 .结果表明 ,贮存温度、花粉含水量是决定银杏花粉贮存成败的关键因子 ,低温预处理能增加银杏花粉抗冻能力 ,解冻温度及方式对冰存后花粉存活力没有明显影响 ,超低温保存后花粉发芽率基本不随贮存时间而改变 .
The major factors that determine stored maidenhair tree pollen longevity are temperature and water content. By pre treatment of low temperature, the ability of anti freezing for maidenhair tree pollen can be enhanced, but thawing temperature and methods are not significant to the percentage of stored pollen germinated in vitro. The pollen longevity can be increased by lowing storage temperature and dehydrating in succession using calium chloride anhydrous, and viabitity of cryopreserved pollen does not change with storage time.
