摘要
本试验以菊花“彪马”Chrysanthemummorifolium“puma”作供试材料研究了不同浓度B9(比久 )对菊花的矮化效应 .结果表明 :B9对菊花“彪马”株高有显著的抑制作用 ,且随浓度的递增 ( 2 50 ppm ,350ppm ,450 ppm)抑制作用加强 .在 2 50 ppm和 350 ppm处理区出现茎粗超过对照 .2 50 ppm处理植株出现最多叶数而其它处理都比对照少 .所有处理中叶绿素含量分别比对照增加了 1 4.78%、1 5.1 4%和 1 7.43%,从而提高了光合效率 .说明B9可促进节间缩短 ,使茎杆矮壮、坚实 ,使高瘦的植株变得紧凑 ,整株姿态良好 。
This study was carred out to investigate the effects of B9 on the growth and flowering of chrysanthemum morifolium “puma”.This experiments showed that B9 markedly suppressed plant height, and the plant height was reduced linely with increasing B9 concentration.In 250 ppm and 350ppm, the stem diameter were increased. In 250 ppm treatmented-plants, the number of leaves greatly increased, but the others was not. All treatments increased total leaf chlorophyll content, while B9 did not influence flower size. Consequently, B9 treatment can be recommended for production of quality flowering plants of C. Morifolium“puma”.
