摘要
综述了国内外真空材料、真空灌封工艺、真空灌封设备、真空灌封质量检测方面的研究进展,分析了真空灌封技术的现状及存在的主要问题。
The research progress in vacuum casting materials, vacuum casting process, vacuum potting equipment and vacuum casting quality testing at home and abroad were reviewed and the status and main problems of the vacuum casting technology were analyzed.
