摘要
集体林权制度改革是深化农村改革的一项重要内容,涉及面广,政策性强,关系到林业发展和农民切身的利益。在全面总结陵川县集体林权制度改革现状与成效的基础上,分析了目前仍存在的问题,并结合实际提出了解决对策,以期促进集体林权改革,加快当地林业发展。
The collective forest tenure reform was an important content of deepening rural reform. Involving a wide range and powerful policy.related to forestry development and the farmers＇ vital interests. On the basis of a comprehensive summary about the status and effectiveness, the current problems was analyzed. In order to promote the reform of collective forest temure, accelerate the development of local forestry, four strategies were proposed.
