摘要
文中通过采用列举法和故障树法从客观因素和主观因素两方面对港建费征收过程中各项风险源进行分析,提出防控征收风险和廉政风险的措施。
This paper analyzes the different sources of risks in the process of collecting the port construction fees in the objective and subjective aspects by using the checklist method and fault trees method, and provides some suggestions on risk control and anti-corruption measures concerning collection and supervision of the port construction fees.
