摘要 介绍了600MW超临界锅炉SNCR烟气脱硝原理及脱硝工艺,分析了锅炉燃烧褐煤时尿素溶液流量、喷射枪的位置和机组负荷等参数对NOx排放浓度的影响,给出一般运行工况下的操作指导,初步得出不同负荷下的优化运行经验,总结了SNCR烟气脱硝工程的调试经验,并指出调试过程需要注意的问题。 SNCR flue gas denitrification theory and denitrification process of 600 MW supercritical boiler is introduced, so this paper analyzes the influence on the concentration of NOx emissions of urea solution flow, spray gun position and the unit load when the boiler is burning lignite, moreover the operation guidance under the general operating conditions is given. Primary optimized operation conclusions under different load are drawn a conclusion, simultaneous summarize the SNCR flue gas denitrification commissioning experience in engineering and point out the problems that need attention when commissioning.
