摘要
目的观察中药丹红通精方合针挑疗法对慢性附睾炎不育症患者精液质量、精浆中性α-葡糖苷酶活性的影响及治疗前后附睾影像学的变化。方法采用随机方法将192例慢性附睾炎不育症患者分为4组,实验组采用中药丹红通精方合针挑疗法,对照组分为3组,分别为纯中药组、纯针挑组、西药组,90d后观察其精液相关参数及精浆中性α-葡糖苷酶活性的变化情况,采用彩超观察附睾治疗前后形态学特征、血流动力学的改变、附睾内血流分布情况。结果实验组及各对照组治疗前后精液质量及精浆中性α-葡糖苷酶活性比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。实验组的附睾彩超指标治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后实验组与对照1、2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药丹红通精方合针挑疗法能明显提高慢性附睾炎不育症患者的精液质量和精浆中性α-葡糖苷酶活性,明显改善附睾的炎症反应。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of sperm quality, the activities of alpha-glucosidase in semem plasma, imaging changes of the epididymis before and after treatment and with cooperation treatment of ＂Danhong Tongjing Fang＂ and needle-pricking therapy on infertility with chronic epididymitis. METHODS A total of 192 cases of infertility with reproductive tract infection were randomly divided into four groups, one experimental group and three control groups. The experimental group used the cooperation treatment of ＂Danhong Tongjing Fang＂ and needle-pricking therapy. The three control groups used the therapy of Chinese medicine, needle-pricking and western medicine respectively. After the treatment of 90 days, all the groups were investigated for the change of the sperm quality, the activities of alpha-glucosidase in semem plasma;and morphol- ogy was also observed for the characteristics, changes, hemodynamics, blood flow distribution of epididymis by color ultrason ic. RESULTS The experimental group and contol gruops showed significant differences after the treatment （P〈0.01, P〈 0.05）; the experimental group showed a marked improvement alleviation as compared with the control groups （P〈0.01）. Comparison of the color ultrasonic index of experimental group before and after treatment indicated a significant differences （P 〈0.01）. There were significant differences between experimental group and control group 1 and 2 （P〈0.05）. Compared with control group 3, it showed a significant differences（P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION Combination of ＂Danhong Tongjing Fang＂ and needle-pricking therapy has an obvious effect of increasing the activities of alpha-glucosidase in semem plasma and improving the sperm quality on infertility with chronic epididymitis, Ameliorating the infection reaction of the epididymis.
