摘要
为了减少人为因素引起的煤矿事故,运用灰靶理论建立了适合人员选聘的灰靶决策模型,结合"奖优罚劣"算法,对煤矿工人的各项指标进行了一致化处理,使用层次分析法确定了各个指标在目标决策中的权重,并给出了应用实例.研究结果表明,该灰靶决策模型为煤矿的人员选聘提供了一种客观、定量的方法,使得决策结果更符合实际和准确.
To reduce the mine accidents caused by human factors, the paper adopted the gray target theo- ry, built the suiting mine personnel selection gray target decision-making model , combined with the operator of 'rewarding good and punishing bad' which were used to consistently treat various indexes ,utilized the Analytic Hierarchy Process to improve the gray target decision-making model, then one instance is provided. Finally,the instance shows that the gray target decision-making model offers a kind of objective, quantitative method and made decision-making results more realistic and accurate.
