摘要
目的:提出适用于大都市中心城区的社区健康诊断的框架和建议。方法:对已发表的专家论述和社区健康诊断实例进行评阅和分析,在上海市徐汇区13个街道(镇)社区卫生服务中心卫生专业人员中开展社区健康诊断现状的认知调查。结果:社区健康诊断已逐步在社区应用,但在内容选择、资料可靠性、关键信息的分析、决策指导意义等方面存在或多或少的缺陷。结论:根据现状问题提出了内容框架建议,以及各部分内容的注意要点。
Objective： To map out a framework of community health diagnosis adapted to metropolis areas in Chi- na and put forward corresponding suggestions. Methods： A review of published academic literature and existing practical cases was carried out and a survey about the status quo of community health diagnosis among health professionals at 13 community health centers was conducted in Xuhui District, Shanghai. Results： Community health diagnosis has been ac- cepted and adopted by community health centers gradually while deficiencies should be identified to certain degree in terms of selection of content, reliability of data, analysis of key information and practical significance of decision making. Conclusion： A framework of community health diagnosis based on current performance and problems has been specified.
