摘要
教师是教育发展的关键,教师自身的素质影响教育的教学质量。校本培训有利于促进农村中小学英语教师素质和专业发展,西部农村中小学英语教师培训现状存在不少问题,应根据实际情况和发展需求制定培训方案,选择合适的培训方式。
Teachers are the key of education development,and the quality of teachers affects the results of teaching.School-based training can help to promote the development of the teachers＇quality and their major in rural middle schools and primary schools in West China.Many problems occur in the training for teachers of rural middle schools and primary schools in the West,proper plans and modes should be made in accordance with the reality and requirements.
