摘要
为贵州改良和推广鲤鱼优良品种提供科学依据,进行了清水江鲤杂交改良养殖试验。结果表明:经过148d的饲养,杂交鲤鱼子一代(清水江鲤为母本与兴国红鲤为父本)平均尾重从6g增加至387.5g,增重2.58g/(尾.d);净产量769.6kg/667m2,比对照(黔东南州水产实验场自繁自育的本地鲤)鱼种增产257.1kg,提高50.16%;平均成活率为92.75%,比对照高6.25百分点;纯收入4 589.37元/667m2,投入产出比达1∶1.48,比对照池(1∶1.17)高。
A hybridization improvement test of Qingshuijiang carp was conducted to provide the scientific basis for improvement and popularization of good carp varieties in Guizhou.The average weight per fish of F1 generation from C.carp ♀ × C.carpio ♂ after raising for 148 d increased from 6.0 g to 387.5 g and the net yield was up to 769.6 kg/667m2,50.16% higher than CK.The average survival rate was 92.75%,6.25% higher than CK.The net income and input-output ratio reached 4 589.37 Yuan/667m2 and 1∶1.48 respectively.
