摘要
在介绍授权赋能概念特点及其测量工具、基本要素的基础上,重点对赋能在临床重症护理实践中的应用情况进行了综述。
On the basis of introduction of conceptual characteristics, the measurement tools and the basic elements of empowerment,it focused on reviewing the application of empowerment in practice of clinical intensive care.
