摘要
目的:探讨红景天的研究现状。方法:收集2000-2010年间在国内公开发表的关于红景天的研究文献,建立文献研究数据库,分析研究内容、研究机构、期刊分布等的现状和规律。结果:共检索到有关文献984篇,分布于411种期刊,期刊分布离散性和相对集中性并存,形成了以《时珍国医国药》、《高原医学杂志》、《中成药》为代表的核心期刊研究群;文献主题涉及药理研究、成分分析、临床研究、制剂工艺、种苗繁育和人工栽培等多个领域;研究对象差异显著,以高山红景天、大花红景天和狭叶红景天最为集中。结论:研究红景天的核心作者不多,研究机构和期刊分布比较分散。应加强对红景天种苗繁育、栽培技术和生物合成的研究。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the research situation of Rhodiola genus. METHODS： Domestic published literatures about the research of Rhodiola genus were collected between 2000 and 2010 to establish database. RESULTS： A total of 984 related literatures were retrieved, distributing in 411 journals. Discrete distribution and relative concentrated distribution of journal existed simultaneously, and Lishizhen Medicine and Materia Medica Research, Journal of High Altitude Medicine, Chinese Traditional Pat- ent Medicine were as the representative of the research group of core journals; literature theme related to pharmacological, clinical, seed breeding and cultivation fields; there was significant difference between study subjects, mostly concentrated in Rhodiola cretinii, Rhodiola crenulata and Rhodiola kirilowii. CONCLUSION： There is not much core authors engaging in Rhodiola genus study, and research institutions and periodicals distribution are more widely dispersed. We should strengthen seed breeding, cultivation technology and biosynthesis research of Rhodiola genus.
