摘要
目的:探讨不同保存条件对血标本生化项目分析结果的影响。方法:观察不同温度和时间条件下保存的血液标本生化项目结果的变化。结果:4℃下保存的标本,24小时后除尿酸值有明显变化(P<0.05)外,其余项目各时间段均无显著差异(P>0.05);25℃条件下标本的总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DB)、尿酸(UA)、甘油三脂(TG)以及肌酸激酶(CK)在不同时间段有显著变化(P<0.05)。结论:血标本于4℃条件下保存72小时,25℃保存12小时,大部分生化结果无明显变化,若能在12小时内完成检测,常温条件即可满足要求。
Objective： To observe the influence of different saving condition on assay results of blood speclmens.Metnoas： I ne changes of assay results under different saving temperature and time were observed. Results： The UA values of blood specimens under 4℃ changed significantly （P〈0.05） and the values of TB, DB, UA, TG and CK under 25%2changed significantly at different time （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Most assay results of blood specimens saved under 4℃ for 72 h and 25℃ for 12 h have no changes. Normal temperature can meet the requirements if the detection be taken within 12 h.
