摘要
研究采用反相高效液相色谱法C18柱,同时测定3羟基2萘甲酸和2萘酚,甲醇∶水=70∶30(体积比)为流动相,检测波长为225nm。3羟基2萘甲酸和2萘酚的相对标准偏差分别为0.6%、0.7%,回收率分别为100.4%～102.0%、97.50%～99.08%
Simultaneous determination of 3 hydroxyl 2 naphthoic acid and 2 naphthol was studied by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography with C 18 column, methanol/water=70/30 (V/V) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 225 nm. The relative standard deviations of 3 hydroxyl 2 naphthoic acid and 2 naphthol were 0.6%、0.7%, the recoveries were 100.4%~102.0%、97.50%~99.08% respectively.
