摘要
基于固体粒料最佳堆积密度理想曲线(Fuller曲线),研究了胶凝材料颗粒分布对蒸养混凝土抗压强度的影响,并对其作用机理进行了初步分析。研究结果表明,不同细度的粉体胶凝材料复合掺配时,其颗粒可以相互补充,当胶凝材料颗粒的粒径分布更接近紧密堆积状态要求时,改善了水泥浆体的密实度,蒸养混凝土的抗压强度明显提高。
Based on the Fuller curve which can be used to determine the particle size distribution of all solid materials,the influence of particle size distribution of cementitious material on the compressive strength of steam curing concrete is studied,and the mechanism is also discussed preliminary.The result shows that the different cementitious materials can make the packing of cement particles getting closer when they are compounded,so it make the compressive strength of steam curing concrete getting much higher and the microstructure of cement mortar getting much denser too.
