气体保护对304不锈钢激光-CMT电弧复合热源焊接接头冲击韧性的影响

摘要 以20 mm厚304不锈钢为研究对象,在纯Ar气保护条件下,研究了气体保护效果对激光-CMT电弧复合热源焊接接头冲击韧性的影响,并将试验结果与TIG填丝焊进行对比。结果表明,气体保护效果对冲击韧性产生重要影响,当保护效果较好时,焊接接头的冲击韧性较高,基本达到TIG填丝焊的水平。 20 mm thick 304 stainless steel was welded by the laser-CMT hybrid welding with argon gas as the shielding gas.The effects of different gas shielding effect on the impact toughness of welded joint were analyzed.The experimental results were compared with that of TIG welding with filler wire.The results indicated that different gas shield effect had different effects on the impact toughness of 20 mm thick 304 stainless steel joint under argon atmosphere.The impact toughness of hybrid welded joint is high with the effective protection,which can be the same high as the impact toughness of TIG welded joint with filler wire.
