摘要
目的观察氧驱博利康尼联合爱全乐雾化治疗对重症哮喘的临床疗效。方法 86例重症哮喘急性患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用氧驱博利康尼联合爱全乐雾化吸入,观察两组的疗效及激素用量。结果观察组有效率为100%,显效率为88.4%,疗效明显优于对照组62.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的气喘缓解时间(2.84±1.18)d vs(4.06±1.46)d和哮鸣音消失时间(3.53±1.62)d vs(5.22±1.71)d相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组总甲强龙用量(141.5±76.6)mg和用药时间(3.36±1.78)d也明显少于对照组(264.2±81.3)mg和(6.15±2.1)d。结论氧驱博利康尼联合爱全乐雾化吸入治疗重症哮喘疗效显著,起效快且能减少糖皮质激素的使用,值得在临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of oxygen impulsing aerosol inhalation Bricanyl combined with Atrovent in treating severe asthma.Methods 86 cases of severe asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group only received basic treatment,the treatment group was given oxygen impulsing aerosol inhalation of bricanyl combined with atrovent at the base of control group.The efficacy and glucocorticoid dosage were compared.Results The clinical cure rate of treatment group was 100%,the excellent rate was 88.4%,significantly higher than aminophylline group（62.8%）（P0.05）.The average time for relief of short of breath was 2.84±1.18 day in treatment group and 4.06±1.46 day in the control group（P0.05）.The time for disappearance of wheeziness was 3.53±1.62 day in the treatment group and 5.22±1.71 day in the control group（P0.05）.The dosage and period of solumedrol was 141.5±76.6mg and 3.36±1.78 day in the treatment group and 264.2±81.3mg and 6.15±2.19 day in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of oxygen impulsing aerosol inhalation Bricanyl combined with Atrovent in treating severe asthma is satisfactory,recovery faster and reduce the glucocorticoid dosage,is worthy of clinical use.
