摘要
在分析圆弧齿轮加工原理的基础上,确定了回转曲面刀具齿形设计计算的前提条件,即必须保证待加工齿面和回转刀具齿面之间接触线处各点的法线与刀具回转轴线相交。进而根据圆弧齿轮的啮合原理和圆弧齿轮的齿面方程,推导出螺旋齿面指形刀具齿形的普通计算公式,并论述了圆弧齿轮指形刀具齿形的计算步骤。
On the basis of analyzing the cutting principle of arc-gear, the condition for tooth profile design of rotative surface cutter has been presented. Then, by studying the meshing principle of arc-gear and the tooth profile equation of arc-gear, the general formula has been proposed to calculate the tooth profile of finger cutter with helicoid gear surface, and the steps to calculate the tooth profile of finger cutter for arc-gear have been provided.
