摘要
安徽医科大学第一附属医院2003～2011年中标114项国家自然科学基金资助,通过对项目负责人年龄、职称和学历构成,学科分布等统计分析,显示该院中青年科技人才成长迅速,已成为医院科技队伍的中坚力量;高职称、高学历人才是医院科技创新的主力军;重点学科科研优势突出;国家自然基金立项规模和增幅逐年加大,在有力提高医院创新能力的同时,科研水平与科研实力也跃上了新的台阶。
This article analyzed the 114 funding programs of Chinese National Natural Science Foundation in our hospital from 2003 to 2011,including the age structure,academic title and education background of the program manager and the discipline distribution.The result showed that in our hospital,middle-aged and young scientists have rapidly grown into the core force,high ranking and high education qualification of talented person is the main force of the scientific and technological contingents,key academic subjects have an obvious comparative advantage in scientific research,approved projects have increased and the growth speeds up annually,which effectively promotes the innovation ability and takes the scientific research to a new high.
