摘要
目的 研究解决足底负重区损伤软组织修复与重建后足底耐压耐磨及感觉功能的问题。 方法 用健侧足心皮片预制到供区皮瓣上 ,4～ 5周后切取带感觉神经复合皮瓣游离移植 ,使足心皮肤植于患足承重受力区。 结果 临床应用 6例随访 6～ 19个月 ,功能优 3例 ,良 2例。 结论 利用预制足心皮片的带有感觉神经复合皮瓣修复足底可以较好地恢复足底耐磨耐压的特有功能。
Objective To study the repairing fashions to restore the wear and press resistant function and sensibility of sole in the pedal defects of soft tissue Method The flap should be prefabricated by contralateral plantar split skin grafts to the designing area before dissection,then transfered to the plantar defects with sensitive nerve as a compound structure 4 to 5 weeks later Results The function evaluate in 6 cases,3 were excellent;2 was good Conclusions This prefaricated compound flap including the plantar split skin and sensitive nerve could provide a reliable covery which wears and presses well and has satisfactory sensation
