摘要
"订单式"人才培养模式是职业教育中工学结合、校企合作的培养模式,它是职业人才培养模式的改革方向,各类职业院校都在积极推广。结合高职电子信息工程技术专业的特点,对"订单式"人才培养模式进行研究与实践,归纳出"订单式"人才培养模式的特点及方法,阐述"订单式"培养模式下的课程体系开发过程。
Order Talent Training Mode is the training mode of vocational education with work and study and school-enterprise cooperation integrated, which is the direction of the reform of professional talent training mode, and various vocational schools are actively promoting the Order Talent Training Mode. Focusing on the major of electronic information engineering technology, this article makes relevant research and practice, sums up the characteristics and methods of the Order Talent Training Mode, and describes the curricu]um system development process under the Order Talent Training Mode.
