The Expression of Ghrelin in NSCLC and its Significance

摘要 [目的]探讨生长激素释放肽(Ghrelin)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]应用免疫组织化学法检测72例肺癌组织及30例肺正常组织中Ghrelin的表达,分析非小细胞肺癌不同临床病理特征组Ghrelin的表达差异。[结果]在肺癌组织中Ghrelin阳性率为58.33%,显著高于正常肺组织的13.33%(P<0.05);Ghrelin表达与患者性别、吸烟、分化程度、病理类型均无相关性(P>0.05),与临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。[结论]非小细胞肺癌组织中Ghrelin过度表达,可能对肺癌的发生发展及侵袭转移起着一定的作用。
