摘要
目的:观察来曲唑联合黄体酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的疗效及对卵巢功能的影响。方法:所有病例均分为两组,治疗组来曲唑片和孕激素治疗,对照组仅由来曲唑片。观察到的一些目标,如子宫内膜厚度,优势卵泡,血清FSH,LH,E2水平。结果:治疗后治疗组子宫内膜厚度和妊娠率均优于对照组,治疗组降低LH、LH/FSH及增加E2水平优于对照组。结论:来曲唑联合黄体酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕疗效优于单独使用来曲唑治疗,并且能提高卵巢的功能。
Objective：To observe the effect of letrozol tablets and progesterone on infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） and the ovarian function.Methods：All cases were divided into two groups,treatment group were treated by Letrozol Tablets and Progesterone,control group were treatd only by Letrozol Tablets.Some targets,such as endometrial thickness,dominant follicle,serum FSH,LH,E2 level were observed.Results：After treatment,treatment group had better effect than control group in endometrial thickness and pregent rate,treatmeng group had also better effect than control group in inducing the level of LH,LH/FSH and E2.Conclusion：Letrozol tablets and progesterone has a good effect on infertility caused by PCOS,and can improve the function of female castration.
