摘要
目的探讨抗肿瘤中药的作用机制。方法通过对中药莪术及其有效成分紫杉醇、藤黄、大黄素、β-榄香烯、土贝母苷甲以及川芎嗪、玉竹提取物、人参皂苷、丹参酮等中药的实验观察及分析,并查阅大量资料。结果发现许多抗肿瘤中药具有诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、逆转肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性、抑制肿瘤血管生成等作用,未发现明显不良反应。结论中药成分复杂,药理作用广泛,用于治疗肿瘤可弥补西医治疗上的不足,值得临床研究。
Objective Discuss the role of traditional Chinese medicine antitumor mechanism.Methods Through the traditional Chinese medicine and its effective component paclitaxel shows,gambogic,emodin,beta lam sweet ene,fritillary soil nucleoside armour and ligustrazine,jade bamboo extract,ginseng saponins,such as Chinese medicine DanCanTong the experimental observation and analysis,and access to a large number of data.Results Traditional Chinese medicine has found that many antitumor induced apoptosis,and inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,reversing the tumor cells more medicine,inhibition of resistance tumor angiogenesis role,not found significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine composition complex,pharmacological effects widely,the treatment of tumors can make up for the lack of western medicine treatment.
