摘要
随着高等教育市场的发展,大学处在一个越来越激烈的竞争环境之中。质量竞争成为大学竞争的主要方式,质量竞争力成为大学核心竞争力的重要组成部分。在分析大学质量竞争力内涵与结构的基础上,从孕育、形成与发挥三个方面对大学质量竞争力的培植进行探讨。
With the development of higher education market,universities are in an environment of increasingly fierce competition.Quality competition becomes the main form of university competition,and quality competence becomes an important part of the university′s core competence.Based on the analysis of the connotation and structure of quality competence,this paper discusses the cultivation of university's quality competence from three aspects of birth,formation and play.
