摘要
对SL750采煤机摇臂传动系统的结构特点进行了分析,计算出了各齿轮的转速及滚筒转速。通过对传动系统中各齿轮接触强度及弯曲强度的计算,分析出摇臂中强度薄弱的环节。
Analyzed the structure characteristics of SL750 shearer ranging arm transmission system. The speed of gear and drum is calculated. Based on the transmission system of the gear contact strength and bending strength calculation. The ranging arm strength weak link is found.
