摘要
针对某电厂供热系统管路停运期间存在腐蚀严重的问题,依据气相和液相保护的机理分析了非供暖期热网管路腐蚀增大的原因,提出了热网管路防腐保护方法、防腐运行操作及注意事项,并通过实例分析验证了改进热网管路防腐工艺的正确性,减轻了热网管路的腐蚀程度,提高了经济效益。
Aiming at the serious corrosion of pipes of heating network during outrage in a power plant,this paper analyzes the reasons for its increase of corrosion according to the mechanism of gas-phase and liquid-phase protection,proposes protection method,operation and matters needing attention of anti-corrosion method,and proves the correctness of anti-corrosion technique for improved pipes of heating network by examples,which alleviates the corrosion and enhances economy.
